Who we are
Tariq Tayub trading as Sellective is responsible for the information collected through this website. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of your rights, email tariq@sellective.co.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we need your name, company name, work email, monthly revenue band, who currently runs sales, sales team size, what you would most like to improve, and either your website or a short description of what your business sells. You can also choose to give us a phone or WhatsApp number, the year the business started, and any additional notes. If you leave out your website, the business description becomes required.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, reply to you, and arrange a diagnostic call if one is agreed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to review, respond to and follow up business enquiries. This helps us answer requests you choose to send, using the contact details and information you provide. It does not authorise unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inactive enquiries that have not become clients for 12 months after the last meaningful two-way contact, then delete them. If there has been no two-way contact, the period starts when you send the enquiry. Automated follow-ups do not restart this period. Client and accounting records are handled separately.
Who processes it
This website, its database and its enquiry notification emails are operated through Lovable, our website platform. Enquiry records are stored in a database hosted in the United Kingdom (London). If you choose to book a call, Calendly processes your details under its own privacy policy; if you choose to message us, WhatsApp does the same. Notification emails about your enquiry are delivered to our email address, which is provided by ImprovMX.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing tariq@sellective.co. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and this site
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tracking. Your unfinished enquiry is kept only in your current browser tab so an accidental refresh does not lose it; it is removed when you send the enquiry or close the tab.
